Key purpose of the Job

The Assistant Manager – Embellishment Technical is responsible for driving achievement of the technical  performance, process compliance and profitability objectives for Embellishment. Drives supplier quality initiatives/technical performance , including quality issues resolution, supplier performance evaluation, quality audits, improvement projects, etc. Leads the Quality Assurance & Technical team of executives and staff. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for driving Quality performance for embellishment, including monitoring of supplier quality,
resolution of quality issues, improvement projects, etc.
2. Drive QA & Technical processes, including supplier sign-offs, supplier evaluation, process compliance, 
profitability improvement, etc
3. Collaborate with the internal teams, suppliers and customers for achievement of the functional objectives
4. Lead and Manage the Embellishment QA & Technical team of Executives and Staff
