Key purpose of the Job
The Assistant Manager - Learning & Development is responsible for addressing all manpower requirements (staff & associates) in the Plant. The role holder is also responsible for managing the PMS process for staff and associates and ensure that their training needs are identified and addressed promptly to support the business objectives. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all manpower requirements of the Plant are met in a timely manner
- Facilitate management of performance management system for staff cadre in the Plant
- Support preparation of training calendar and drive execution of training activities for staff and associates in the Plant
