Key purpose of the Job
The Executive - Cutting is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of cut kits to the sewing area as per predetermined schedule. The role holder is also responsible for managing team members efficiently and effectively to achieve pre- determined cutting goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and achievement of targets for the assigned cutting section, in line with the production target
- Ensure smooth operation of cutting process to ensure On Time Delivery of Cut kits
- Lay planning and marker making for better cutting efficiency.
- Fabric width utilization to achieve better order to cut percentage.
- Supervise the Cutting team
