Key purpose of the Job

The Executive - Cutting is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of cut kits to the sewing area as per predetermined schedule. The role holder is also responsible for managing team members efficiently and effectively to achieve pre- determined cutting goals and objectives. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.​ 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and achievement of targets for the assigned cutting section, in line with the production target ​

  • Ensure smooth operation of cutting process to ensure On Time Delivery of Cut kits​

  • Supervise the Cutting team ​

Education

Advanced level qualification / Diploma in Clothing Technology/ Certificate in Pattern making/ Marker making

Experience

0 to 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in cutting function.
