Key purpose of the Job

The Executive - Industrial Engineering is responsible for achievement of production efficiency targets (for example, SMV, SAH) for the assigned lines and sections. This is achieved through on-time and accurate calculations, yamazumi chart preparation and line balancing, and effective layout of machinery and manpower. The role-holder is also expected to identify and implement improved methods for SMV reduction and higher 
efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in pre-production activities; and achieve targeted Production Start Date for assigned section
2. Responsible to achieve planned efficiency and productivity targets and for day-to-day Industrial Engineering activities for assigned sections 
3. Responsible for carrying out accurate and on-time calculations, such as SAH, efficiency for each style
4. Provide guidance and training to IE Officers and be responsible for their performance

Education

Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering/ Clothing Technology with GSD License or experience in working with GSD system.

Experience

1-3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering
