Key purpose of the Job

The Manager - Projects is responsible for Brandix - Avissawella project execution, working with cross-functional and ensuring optimum utilization of factory capacity to achieve factory efficiency targets and elevate plant performance. The role oversees Brandix - Avissawella project-based activities, ensuring completion within specific timelines and before deadlines. The job holder is also responsible for executing duties in line with the Organization's Health & Safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols.​ ​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning project-based activities and completing particular activities on time.​

  • Implement and follow up new concepts in the plant coordinating with the project consultant. ​

  • Analyze and evaluate the project-based results.​

  • Coach and train the project members.​

Education

Bachelors’ Degree Mathematics/ Clothing Technology or NDT

Experience

Strong knowledge of functional business process and technology trends
Knowledge on process improvement and project management​
4 to 6+ years of experience in operations management in apparel industry​​
3 to 4 years Industrial Engineering experience
