Key purpose of the Job
As the Senior Executive - Learning & Development, you will be responsible for addressing all manpower requirements for staff and associates, managing the Performance Management System (PMS), and ensuring training needs are identified and executed promptly to support business objectives. The role also ensures strict adherence to Health & Safety guidelines and organizational protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely fulfillment of all manpower requirements for staff and associates in the plant.
- Facilitate the Performance Management System (PMS) process for staff cadre, ensuring goal setting and timely appraisals.
- Support preparation of the training calendar and drive execution of training programs for staff and associates.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and personnel file management in collaboration with HR service providers.
- Monitor absenteeism, LTO, and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and organizational guidelines in all HR activities.
