Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Executive - Planning is in charge of production planning and scheduling for the allocated plant. The role-holder is responsible for optimum utilization of factory capacity to achieve factory efficiency targets as per budget and ensure customer delivery deadlines are met. The role holder is also responsible for tracking execution of factory plan and recommending changes to the plan when required. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to prepare factory production plan to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on time customer delivery
- Responsible to track and monitor achievement against Factory plans and sub-plans, and recommend modifications as required to achieve targets
- Prepare analysis and forecasts of Plant capacity and efficiency parameters and maintain appropriate documentation and records
