Key purpose of the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the factory’s Technical and Quality functions to ensure Right First Time (RFT) performance, compliance with customer requirements, and operational excellence. The role drives technical readiness, quality assurance, continuous improvement, risk management, and team capability development while ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Social standards.

Education

Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma in Clothing Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Statistics

Experience

5-8+ years of experience in Technical, Quality, or Manufacturing Operations within the apparel industry
Strong knowledge of technical, quality, and manufacturing processes, including garment construction, fabric and product quality standards, production engineering, compliance requirements, data analysis, problem-solving
