Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive – Warehouse is responsible for driving adherence to factory warehousing deliverables, including OTD, GRN processes, stock management, FCA compliance requirements, etc. The job holder also leads the team of Warehouse executives and staff. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the health and safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and ensure the achievement of Warehousing OTD deliverables for factory operations.
  • Drive the achievement of warehousing process and compliance deliverables, including GRN, stock management, FCA, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve warehousing objectives.
  • Lead and manage the team of Warehouse executives and staff.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Materials Management or Warehouse management or Logistics or any other relevant stream.

Experience

3 to 4+ years of experience in warehouse function, with a good knowledge of warehousing operations and compliance requirements
