Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive – Technical provides technical support to ensure timely delivery of orders in line with customer requirements, mitigates production risks through effective solutions across pre-production and production to achieve RFT, OTD, and quality targets, while ensuring full compliance with organizational Health & Safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Give technical guidance in pre‑production and new style evaluations​
  • Identify risks early to prevent production issues​
  • Oversee daily plans and ensure efficient resource allocation​
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve line issues quickly​
  • Drive performance through clear goals, engagement, and development

Education

A Diploma in Textile/Clothing Management/Technology

Experience

2 - 4+ years of experience in technical function
