Key purpose of the Job
As Assistant Manager - Merchandising, you will report to the Manager - Merchandising. Your role involves driving the achievement of order management objectives for the assigned categories in the Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This includes meeting Bulk KPIs for categories, such as OTD, Quality, Topline, and Profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) and budget achievement
- Manage Timelines & Actions (T&A) at 100% and engage in front-line customer coordination to support departmental goals, objectives, and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance
- Maintain strong customer relationships, internally coordinate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Drive daily bulk and procurement status by overseeing T&A management
