Key purpose of the Job
The Assistant Manager - Product Entrepreneur is responsible for offering customers a unique value proposition via RM innovation, garment dye innovation and embellishment innovation in collaboration with strategic suppliers, R&D institutes, customers, and internal cross functional teams, while focusing on optimum product cost in line with each customer operating model.
This includes product creation with new product pipelines for the near future, while considering the new market trends, consumer needs and current production challenges. These new product creations should satisfy the customer testing protocols and should mitigate any risk in bulk production.
Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaboratively work with internal and external teams to identify new opportunities and provide a complete solution by integrating RM innovation, garment dye innovation, embellishment innovation and garment construction

Collaboratively work with marketing leads to be aware about the customer insights while optimizing profit/ cost minimization of given solution and refine the solution to be commercially viable for product realization

Liaise with technology entrepreneur lead in each product category to customize solution based on apparel, bra, underwear

Liaise with Design Entrepreneur Lead to understand new trends in the market and refine the solution to make the customers delighted and excited

Test and verify prototypes in order for smooth bulk transition
