Key purpose of the Job
The Designer is responsible for design & development of apparel products (Example : Lingerie , bra , brief) for assigned categories/ customers, meeting the design, costing & development OTD objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and present seasonal product concepts using market insights.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver cost‑effective designs on time.
- Engage with customers and SMEs, including visits and knowledge sharing.
- Research customer needs and seasonal design and fabric trends.
- Develop concepts, Tech Packs, samples, and key design documents.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing/ Clothing
Experience
1–2 years’ experience in apparel design and product development
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design software
Experience in lingerie, bras, or sports bras is an added advantage
Creative, innovative, and influential, with strong presentation and communication skills
