Key purpose of the Job

The Executive - Industrial Engineering is responsible for Front End Industrial Engineer carries out Industrial Engineering activities in the product development phase. Key responsibilities include carrying out costing calculations and preparation and maintenance of records and documentation. ​

Additionally, the role-holder also maintains required documentation and prepares GSD breakdown for handover to Plant teams. You will support the company’s future plans and help drive the Brandix values and culture across to all its employees. ​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in product development activities to understand and analyze new styles ​

  • Responsible for accurate computation of key calculations like SMV, Thread consumption for different stages of Product Development and costing support   ​

  • Attend pre-production discussions, ensure effective communication of technical details of new styles to Plant IE teams, and coordinate with Plant IE on achievement of production efficiencies ​

Education

Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering/ Clothing Technology with GSD License or experience in working with GSD system

Experience

Knowledge on developing prototypes using SW and external resources​
Expertise in mechanical, mechatronics and pneumatic system​
Knowledge on designing and electrical system
Project management skills and experience in Industrial Automation
