Key purpose of the Job
The Executive - Office Management is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Category Officer in an effective and efficient manner. The role holder coordinates office activities and performs administrative tasks, including managing calendar itineraries, scheduling meetings, preparing mail correspondences, responding to inquiries, data collation, documentation, and creating and maintaining filing systems. Additionally, the role holder is responsible for handling visitors, customers, making arrangements for meetings, conferences, and events, and leading special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Chief Category Officer calendar management.
- Responsible for effective Travel Desk management and on-time payment clearance.
- Sound visitor management and coordination.
- Key customer visits management.
- 5S implementation and governance in Brandix Intimate Center.
- Management meeting governance and timely 3W follow-up.
- Execute special projects for Brandix Intimate Center.
