Key purpose of the Job

The Intern – Research & Development supports technology initiatives in the garment industry through close collaboration with technical teams and manufacturing plants. Key tasks include technology scouting, material research, problem-solving, and maintaining project data. The focus is on driving innovation and improving existing processes.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with technical teams. ​
  • Scoping for new technologies. ​
  • Technology validation. ​
  • Working closely with manufacturing plants ​
  • Following up on technology-based projects. ​
  • Research surveying and problem solving of existing technologies​
  • Assisting team with material research and development.​
  • Working closely with CFT and upkeeping daily data collection and maintenance.

Education

DB.Tech/BSc. or HNB in Textile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Material Engineering/Applied Science (Physics or chemistry)

Good knowledge in materials
