Key purpose of the Job

The Pattern Technologist leads a team of pattern makers and is responsible for creating patterns from development, preparing size charts, and grading for bulk production, all in accordance with customer specifications, technical guidelines, and the TNA plan.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Responsible for understanding customer specifications and development of patterns in line with the TNA plan
2.    Work with the internal stake holders for providing pattern related technical inputs and achievement of functional KPIs
3.    Guide the team of Pattern Makers
 

Education

Diploma in Clothing Technology with a Certificate in Pattern Making.

Experience

1 to 3+ years experience in Bra pattern making
