Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Fabric Technologist will be responsible for the end-to-end fabric development, testing and assurance processes for an account (customer/SBU). You will also lead and manage Fabric Technologists to ensure the smooth functioning of the garment manufacturing process and for the timely achievement of Supply Chain initiatives related to Fabric Technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a range of technical, investigative and quality control work
- Support collaborative partnerships with suppliers to accomplish fabric inspection objectives
- Support the efficient running of all related functions
- Achieve the Functional KPIs in LRP in Supply Chain
- Drive sustainable fabric supplier auditing processes and supply projects to achieve the Supply Chain objectives
- Drive T&A for fabric development related activities
- Developing of garment wash / dye techniques
