Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Garment Technologist is responsible for coordinating and providing technical support in fitting for the assigned products/styles. Ensure on-time garment development and approval from DI to red tag (fit approval) to secure OTD. This includes an understanding of customer requirements, communication with the customer, centric uploads, pad and wire developments, and fit approval to meet the T&A.

Key Responsibilities:

Review technical packs and design intent and align teams on requirements.
Assess product risks and drive solutions during development.
Guide construction, sampling, and pattern development for optimal results.
Evaluate fit, comfort, and appearance and provide clear fit comments.
Manage development timelines, customer communication, and team guidance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile / Clothing Technology or Materials Management or any other relevant stream.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity with a sound understanding of pattern making, grading and knowledge of sewing

3+ years' experience in Bra pattern making
