Key purpose of the Job

The Group CEO Office Lead is responsible for drive robust Governance framework, work with cross functional teams to monitor, track and report on how desired business outcomes are being delivered. This is an evolving role and the projects and activities undertaken by Group CEOs Office are of varied nature & scope including but not limited to facilitating policy standardization across functions, continuous process improvements, aiding deployment of models for a function/ organization, hawk eye & insights on financials/ P&L performance, defining and deploying governance, industry best practices benchmarking etc. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
 

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Facilitate the implementation of the One Governance Framework
2.    Drive functions to achieve best-in-class status to deliver business outcomes, using a structured framework
3.    Collaborate & coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure a robust approach to review performance with key focus on proactive and forward-looking approach on governing the achievement of target business outcomes and managing key business risks
4.    Drive special projects / initiatives, as directed by the Functional Director / Group CEO
