Key purpose of the Job

The key responsibilities of the Regulatory & Trade Compliance Lead involve getting approvals and maintaining relationships with the Board of Investments. The incumbent is also responsible for trade compliances based on different countries that Brandix exports to. Additionally, the role-holder must be involved in transfer pricing decisions between the Group’s global entities and support the auditors for filing returns.
Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
 

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Responsible for BOI facilitation for the Group (maintain relations with BOI, ensure all approvals are in place, reporting to BOI, regulations and compliance)

2.    Responsible for Trade compliances (FSFE facilitation for USA, GSP for EU countries)

3.    Support in Transfer pricing decisions and filing of returns for all companies
 

Education

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Charted Institute Of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Bachelor’s Degree also CFA or FRM certification will be preferred

Experience

7 to 8+ years of relevant experience in the taxation/ trade compliance function
