Key purpose of the Job

The Corporate Finance Lead is responsible for three major pillars, viz. corporate strategy and planning, Corporate Finance and Treasury Markets. The responsibilities include monitoring the business performance in line with budgets and targets and setting guidelines for LRP, ensuring effective fund management by enabling and facilitating investment decisions, spearheading strategic projects, and treasury operations including research, forecasting and cash portfolio management. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
 

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of the company’s funding requirements, current and prospective investments and support in functional activities in subsidiaries, strategic partners and JV companies
2.    Responsible for developing and implementing the plan, strategy for treasury operations, fund management and banking relations
3.    Responsible for spearheading of the Group’s LRP, setting targets and budgets and monitoring achievement
4.    Lead and manage the team
 

Education

Chartered Management Accountant SL (CMA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK (CIMA) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Financial/Business Management

Experience

8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance
