Key purpose of the Job
The Executive – Group Risk & Control supports the delivery of the organisation’s digital audit strategy by performing risk‑based internal audits, strengthening governance frameworks, and enabling continuous monitoring through data‑driven and technology‑enabled solutions. The role collaborates closely with data analysts and business units to enhance control effectiveness, embed self‑governance practices, and drive automation and analytics across key assurance activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute planned audits and special assignments, including investigations requested by business units
- Conduct comprehensive end‑to‑end data driven risk assessments across critical business processes to identify control gaps, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support developing digital monitoring solutions for high‑risk areas, and facilitates analytics enabled self governance initiatives to strengthen first‑line control ownership
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to business unit leadership, driving ownership, action, and accountability.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to advance audit automation, data‑driven testing, and adoption of AI‑enabled analytics across assurance activities
