Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive Corporate Finance involves evaluating investment opportunities, funding requirements and structuring of the deal with investors. The role-holder is also responsible for adhering to the Project timelines and budget, standardizing investment optimization processes etc.  


Furthermore, the job holder is responsible to execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for evaluation of the company’s current investments, including subsidiary companies and JVs including integration of the new ventures into the Group
  2. Responsible for analysing the company’s funding requirements and preparing valuations, structure deals based on the entity’s geographic presence, financial position, and funding availability including Identifying appropriate tax-efficient means of executing capital transactions in a compliant manner
  3. Oversee the Finance and Accounting function for Investment Holding companies and non-operational companies of the group, including statutory compliances and bookkeeping
  4. Identify and implement process improvements in Corporate Finance, and carry out other activities as may be required in the Function
     

Education

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Charted Institute Of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Financial/ Business Management
CFA or FRM certification will be preferred

Experience

2 to 3+ years of relevant experience in the Finance/Accounts function
