Key purpose of the Job
The Management Accounting Business Partner is responsible for partnering with various functional work streams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, SC, Support functions) for developing functional strategies, long-range plans (LRP), budgets, and enabling achievement of financial key performance indicators (KPIs). The role holder provides financial expertise for strategy formulation & decision making and enables KPI achievement through rigorous performance monitoring, analytics, review facilitation, functional governance, benchmarking & driving implementation of key functional projects / initiatives Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial expertise / inputs for functional strategy formulation, including LRP, functional budgets and improvement projects
2. Drive functional KPIs achievement through effective financial MIS / reporting, performance analytics, review facilitation and projects / key initiatives implementation
3. Ensure governance, internal control mechanisms are in-built in the function, monitor and report any deviations
4. Collaborate with the functional stakeholders and Finance teams for achievement of the Financial KPIs and governance objectives
