Key purpose of the Job
The Assistant Manager - Group Human Resources is responsible for tracking and driving achievement of Works HR KPIs across the Group. The role holder is also overseeing the WHR processes for the employee lifecycle for Staff & Associates across the Group across geographies - Sri Lanka, India & Bangladesh.
The role holder is also responsible for managing HR system administration requirements, including handling of system requests, setting up support structures / processes, implementing HR system projects.
Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance is critical to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and drive achievement of WHR KPIs across the Group
- Provide support to Regions/ plants for setting and improving the WHR Operations processes and systems
- Responsible to conduct and support HR Governance related activities across Plants
- Act as the interface between the IT team and HR Operations to manage all HR System administration requirements, including issue resolution, structures / process establishment, system projects implementation
- Liaise with system vendors / service providers and relevant internal stake holders for achievement of the functional objectives
