Key purpose of the Job

The Executive - Business Analysis supports the Functional Director and other functional stakeholders in functional requirements and data analytics. This includes providing performance analytics support for business decision making and assisting implementation of Group functional requirements. Also provides secretarial and administrative support to the Functional Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing information to support business decisions for the concerned function through performance analytics
  • Provide support for implementation of the Group functional Long Range Planning (LRP) and special projects
  • Liaise with the relevant internal and external stake holders for achievement of the functional objectives
  • Manage the Functional Director’s calendar, including coordination of priorities, meetings, visits

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in General Management or Business Administration or any other relevant stream

Experience

4 to 6+ years of relevant experience with good communication skills, analytical skills, working knowledge of IT systems/ Microsoft skills
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills with ERP and database management experience, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Strong data analysis skills with experience in reporting, system implementation, process improvement, and basic automation
