Key purpose of the Job

The Strategy and Communication Lead works across most teams and projects at Brandix. Their role is to lay the foundations that help drive the Brandix Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the organization. By creating, evolving, and maintaining Brandix’s high-quality, versatile, and forward-looking brand identity, they sweat the details to ensure the highest quality product for our audiences – Internal and External, Talent and Customers. The ideal candidate excels at working fast and without sacrificing high quality, has a growth mindset, and can bring fresh ideas within a brand sandbox. They understand the best practices of building brand and influence, can hold their own in team discussions, and know how to drive work forward engaging several stakeholders, while maintaining energy and enthusiasm for the work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the successful implementation of the revamped Brand Guidelines across all locations 
  • Creating marketing presentations that consistently support sales teams by aligning with the Brandix brand and addressing customer needs.
  • Building content to create effective marketing presentations: Ex: Photoshoots etc. 
  • Driving the adoption of the Brandix Maxims: Our DNA 
  • Enhancing organization culture by embedding the Brandix Maxims into onboarding materials, recruitment processes, and everyday communication.
  • Work closely with HR, Sales, Marketing, CSR, Sustainability, and Design Teams to drive CVP and EVP rollout. 
     

Education

Diploma/Bachelors’ degree in Marketing/ Mass Media/ Business Administration

Experience

2-3+ years of relevant experience with good communication, attitude towards learning and knowledge of latest communication and digital media tools. Finance and management
