Key purpose of the Job

The Corporate Communication Executive will be responsible to support in Corporate Communication and branding initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders. This will entail design and development of graphics, creative material and content used for marketing campaigns, internal and external communications, special events and publications (for example: posters, videos, presentations, etc.). The role holder will also be responsible for constant monitoring and maintaining of the company website, www.brandix.com

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business and brand objectives
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, blogs, etc.) across all Brandix social media platforms
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and follower growth
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content, campaigns and outlook
  • Respond to followers, engage with communities, and manage online reputation in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure brand presence remains fresh and competitive
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, PR, HR, etc.) to align social media content with business priorities
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where relevant

Education

Diploma/Bachelors’ degree in Marketing/ Mass Media/ Business Administration

Experience

2–5 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency
Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and analytics (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Hands-on experience with social media management and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Proficiency in content creation and basic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with creativity in storytelling and copywriting
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights and translate them into actionable strategies
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A passion for digital trends and building online communities
