Key purpose of the Job

Lead the strategic positioning of Brandix across internal and external audiences. Drive an integrated Brand and Communications strategy that builds reputation, inspires employees, and supports business growth. Ensure all communication—from factory floor to customer boardroom—reflects one consistent Brandix voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Leadership – Execute a unified Brand and Communications strategy aligned with organizational priorities; translate Brandix’s purpose and value propositions into clear narratives; manage the Brand Council, focus groups, budgets, and KPIs for impact and alignment.
  • Internal Communications – Shape the internal culture narrative; guide leadership messaging; partner with HR to drive EVP and engagement; ensure consistency across factory communications.
  • External Communications – Safeguard and enhance Brandix’s reputation through media, social, and thought leadership; manage storytelling, crisis communication, and external stakeholder relations in coordination with Corporate Affairs and the Group CEO.
  • Brand & Content Studio – Oversee creation of brand assets, campaigns, and digital content; manage websites, social media, and content libraries; drive compelling storytelling through video, design, and copy.
  • Growth Marketing & Insights – Lead Market Intelligence to deliver insights for brand, customer, and commercial strategy; integrate data-driven insights into campaigns; support Sales and Customer Marketing through Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
  • PMO, Analytics & Operations – Oversee project intake, prioritization, and delivery; maintain performance dashboards; measure brand and campaign effectiveness; manage vendors, tools, and governance systems.

Education

Masters / Bachelors’ degree in Marketing / Communications / Business

Experience

Over 7+ years of relevant experience in the Corporate Communications/ Branding/ Public Relations / Product function
Role holder should have a strong understanding of the communication platforms, channels, and strategies/approaches that will enable to reach all the targeted audiences
Should possess strong communication skills, network building, creative bent of mind and knowledge of industry best practices
