Key purpose of the Job

Lead the strategic positioning of Brandix across internal and external audiences. Drive an integrated Brand and Communications strategy that builds reputation, inspires employees, and supports business growth. Ensure all communication—from factory floor to customer boardroom—reflects one consistent Brandix voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Leadership:

Execute a unified Brand and Communications strategy aligned with the organization’s strategy, vision and key priorities.
Translate Brandix’s purpose, Maxims, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and Customer Value Proposition (CVP) into clear narratives for employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
Manage the function’s budget, KPIs, and partnerships for efficiency and impact.

  • Internal Communications – Shape the internal communication narrative to drive our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and build engagement/
  • External Communications – Safeguard and enhance Brandix’s reputation through social media, public relations and thought leadership
  • Brand & Content – Oversee creation of brand assets that drive compelling storytelling through video, design, and copy.
  • Growth Marketing & Insights – Lead Market Intelligence to deliver insights for brand, customer, and commercial strategy, integrating data-driven insights into campaigns.
  • PMO, Analytics & Operations – Oversee project intake, prioritization, and delivery; maintain performance dashboards and measure effectiveness. 

Education

Masters / Bachelors’ degree in Marketing / Communications / Business

Experience

Over 7+ years of relevant experience in the Corporate Communications/ Branding/ Public Relations / Product function
Role holder should have a strong understanding of the communication platforms, channels, and strategies/approaches that will enable to reach all the targeted audiences
Should possess strong communication skills, network building, creative bent of mind and knowledge of industry best practices
