Key purpose of the Job

Management Accountant is accountable for developing and executing strategies aligned with the digital transformation pillar within the finance function. This includes establishing frameworks, overseeing implementation of digital initiatives, enhancing user experience, facilitating communication and training, identifying potential risks, and partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

•Overseeing implementation of digital initiatives within the finance function to ensure successful rollout and adoption.

•Developing and redefine key strategies for digital transformation pillar to drive continues improvement

•Partnering with key stakeholders to identify the critical business cases and deliver solutions through digital frameworks

•Facilitate the monthly and weekly review meetings

•Co ordinate with internal stakeholders for timely and accurate KPI reporting, supporting data driven discission making

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Financial/Business Management or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)/Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL)

Experience

3 4 years of relevant experience with a strong knowledge of Management Accounting and reporting
