Key purpose of the Job
We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Video Content Creator who can capture real moments, turn them into powerful stories, and use the latest tools — including AI — to bring the Brandix story to life.
What You’ll Create
- Short-form and long-form video content that brings our people, culture, and innovation to life
- Reels, shorts, stories, explainers, and internal films
- Content that reflects both our Employee Value Proposition (Growth & development, Connection & Care, Meaning & Purpose) and our Customer Value Proposition (Agility, Innovation, and Sustainability)
Ideal Profile
- Strong skills in shooting and editing video (Mobile / DSLR)
- Basic to intermediate colour grading and sound editing skills
- Comfortable using (or eager to learn) AI tools for video, captions, motion, and ideation
- Naturally curious, self-driven, and comfortable experimenting
- Understands social media culture and how people consume content today
- Manage basic equipment, files, and content libraries responsibly
- Work within timelines while balancing creativity with speed and quality
Qualifications
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut and/ or equivalent
- Portfolio or sample work required (professional or personal projects accepted)
