Key purpose of the Job
The "Assistant Manager - Administration" responsible for coordination and smooth operations of administration requirements for allocated areas under Administration pillar (which covers Transport, Security, Canteen & Facility Management) for the concerned KAG Center.
Also provides functional support to the Manager for Cluster administration & security requirements.
Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of SOPs, checklists and guidelines for Center Administration
- Coordinate Centre administration & security processes for achievement of the operational excellence, optimization and stakeholder satisfaction objectives, as per guidelines
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for achievement of functional deliverables, including coordination with plants for cluster administration requirements
