Key purpose of the Job

The Executive – Planning is in charge of production planning and scheduling for the allocated plant. The role holder is responsible for optimum utilization of factory capacity to achieve factory efficiency targets as per budget and ensuring that customer delivery deadlines are met. The role holder is also responsible for tracking execution of factory plan and recommending changes to the plan when required.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare factory production plan to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on-time customer delivery​​
  • Track and monitor achievement against factory plans and sub-plans, and recommend modifications as required to achieve targets​​
  • Prepare analysis and forecasts of plant capacity and efficiency parameters, and maintain appropriate documentation and records​

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree or equal qualification in Clothing Technology or any other relevant stream (Degree in data science/statistics can be an added advantage) ​

Experience

2 - 3 years' experience in the Planning function in a factory​
