Key purpose of the Job
The Executive - Quality Assurance leads the CIF function in the plant and strives to maintain quality standards to ensure the final product meets the customer specifications and expectations.The role holder manages the CIF team and oversees the quality auditing process from Pre Production to final inspection to ensure zero customer callout. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop the plant CIF plan, process and targets based on information provided by Manager
- Drive achievement of targets for the plant by resolving quality issues to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Responsible for preparing and updating MIS and documentation as per defined formats
- Supervise and manage the CIF team
