Key purpose of the Job

As Executive – Quality Assurance, you will be reporting to the Manager Quality Assurance of BABL. You will be responsible to meet the garment quality standards in line with the end-buyer requirement. You will be required to work closely with the Production team, CIF and buyer QCs to deliver the final product as per the required quality. You will follow up and ensure that the Production team follows all guidelines in place to achieve the correct quality standards. Obtaining TOP approval as per the T&A would also be your responsibility. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet the garment quality standards in line with the end-buyer requirement.
2. Work closely with the Production team, CIF and buyer QCs to deliver the final product as per the required quality.
3. Follow up and ensure that the Production team follows all guidelines in place to achieve the correct quality standards.
4. Obtain TOP approval as per the Time & Action plan.

Education

Possess a Degree in Garment Technology/Textile or relevant field from a reputed university.
A Diploma in Clothing Technology/Quality Assurance will be advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a similar field within the industry is required.
Understanding of fabric, trims and garments with various finishes and QA practices, and possess knowledge in constructions, patterns, sampling and safety procedures.
Skill prioritization capabilities, effective time management, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Be proactive, assertive and forward thinking.
Ability to take ownership in delivering operational excellence and be a performance-oriented team player.
