Key purpose of the Job
The Manager - Human Resources & Administration is responsible for leading effective execution of Product Development for the assigned categories. The role includes accurate forecasting of customer orders, driving the sample development process, order costing/negotiations with customers, and liaising with internal teams/customers for achievement of the topline, profitability, OTD, and CRI objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee seamless implementation of HR plans and employee life cycle processes at the Plant
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for administration of employee salaries, welfare, benefits and initiatives etc.
- Ensure compliance to statutory regulations and maintain harmonious employee relations at the Plant
- Drive achievement of the overall Administration deliverables, including budget management, SOPs adherence, vendor management, etc.
- Lead and manage the Plant Works HR team
