Key purpose of the Job
The Manager - Human Resource & Administration is responsible for maintaining harmonious employee relations in the Plant and overseeing smooth operations of various HR processes in the Plant. The role holder is responsible for overseeing recruitment, administration of benefits, welfare, grievance handling, employee conflicts and seamless implementation of HR Operations for the staff and associate cadre. Ensuring that the Plant is compliant to all statutory requirements and labour laws is critical to the role holder.
The role holder is also responsible for driving achievement of the overall administration for security, transportation, Cafeteria and Facility Management deliverables of the plant.
Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee seamless implementation of HR plans and employee life cycle processes at the Plant
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for administration of employee salaries, welfare, benefits and initiatives etc.
- Ensure compliance to statutory regulations and maintain harmonious employee relations at the Plant
- Drive achievement of the overall Administration deliverables, including budget management, SOPs adherence, vendor management, etc.
- Lead and manage the Plant Works HR team
