Key purpose of the Job
The Manager - Industrial Engineering heads the IE function at the Plant. The role holder oversees IE activities related to bulk production including ensuring achievement of PSD and achievement of planned achievement targets for the plant. The role holder ensures skilling of operators and preparation of plant MIS reports.The role holder is also responsible for providing guidance and training to Plant IE team.
Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive achievement of production targets and ensure quality of products meets customer/buyer specifications

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sewing operations

Responsible for implementing process improvement initiatives

Supervise the team of group leaders and SMOs
