Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Executive – Engineering is responsible for executing facility maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring the smooth operation of plant utilities and infrastructure, including boilers, electrical systems, water supply, generators, compressors, and fire protection systems. The role also supports new facility projects in collaboration with the Corporate/Centre Engineering team and ensures compliance with organizational Health & Safety policies, procedures, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and execution of the machine maintenance activities in the Plant
- Responsible for planning and deployment of Plant Engineering requirements, including objectives, budgets, improvement projects
- Responsible for implementing machine setting, SMV improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives and conducting spot audits for achieving the functional objectives
- Manage relationships with internal and external stake holders for achievement of functional objectives
- Oversee implementation of facility maintenance and improvement projects
