Key purpose of the Job

As the Intern – Human Resource, you will report to the Manager – Works HR. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading and supervising the Training department of Brandix Casualwear (Pvt) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in rolling out programs for staff and executive levels whilst monitoring results and adding value to the process​
  • Design, develop and coordinate development programs based on both the organizational and individual needs​
  • Source training facilitators/programs within allocated budgets whilst continuously assessing the return on investment ​​
  • Coordinate training related logistic arrangements and ensure a smooth execution of all training programs
  • Analyze, study and present data gathered for decision-making and planning

Education

Possess a bachelor’s degree in Human resources /Business Management/ or any other relevant area / professional qualification in Human Resource Management.

Experience

An excellent command of English and communication skills
Ability to take on new challenges and scope of work​
Highly motivated, adaptable and a strong team player​
Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills ​
Sound knowledge in MS Office Packages
