Key purpose of the Job
Senior Executive - Engineering is responsible for maintenance of production machineries in the Group. This includes running preventive maintenance program, ensure machine availability, maintain spares, machine inventory, conduct training programs and follow-up cost saving projects.
The role holder is also responsible to guide the MMC staff/ associates.
Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse machine requirement across the Group to ensure machine fulfilment by storing and utilizing available machines
- Conduct in-house PPM for non-sewing machines and coordinate with third party service providers for repairs/ services
- Responsible for sewing machine electronic repair process at MMC and support plant electronic technicians
- Manage machine inventory at the MMC and follow-up sewing machine disposal process
- Supervise mechanical maintenance team & electronic maintenance team
