Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Fabric Technologist is responsible for providing RM technical expertise in the development as well as bulk phase to ensure right fabric is sourced in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards. Conducting quality control tests and inspection is critical to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical and quality-related guidance and expertise during the sourcing of fabric and sample approval stages for customer account.
- Responsible for undertaking quality evaluation of fabric material through efficient onsite / sample inspection processes for customer account.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (3+ year) in Textile/ Clothing/ Fabric technology or any other relevant stream in raw material over 3+ academic strength
Experience
0 to 3+ years of relevant experience in the Fabric Technology function, with strong technical knowledge of raw materials and commercial acumen
