Key purpose of the Job

As Executive - Planning, you will be reporting to the Deputy General Manager – Planning. You will be responsible for planning an assigned production capacity in line with the budget and execution of its planned orders to meet OTD.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Play a leading role in capacity/production planning for a Customer Account/Factory and be responsible for accurate maintenance of the FASTREACT planning tool to ensure online availability of real time planning information
  2. Achieve company growth targets whilst working cross-functionally to deliver set KPIs

Education

Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Statistics or a related field

Experience

A minimum of 3 years experience in the Planning function within the apparel industry is required
Be a self-starter, proactive go-getter, performance-oriented team player with the ability to take ownership in delivering operational excellence
Ability to use the FASTREACT tool or previous exposure in an ERP environment (M-3) would be an added advantage
Ability to perform under pressure and manage priorities whilst driving flawless execution
