Key purpose of the Job

As Executive - Planning, you will be reporting to the Deputy General Manager - Planning. You will be responsible for planning an assigned production capacity in line with the budget and execution of its planned orders to meet OTD. You will support the company’s future plans and help drive the Brandix values and culture across to all its employees. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze risks efficiently  to drive T&A achievement, as per schedule set by PPC
2. Facilitate risk analysis meetings with multi-functional stakeholders, record and follow up on action steps and document solutions
3. Monitor KPIs and trends to suggest improvements in the 5M risk analysis and planning process, and drive projects to strengthen risk management processes
4. Track raw materials at Trial, PPZ and Bulk stages to ensure OTT and PCD achievement
5. Prepare documentation and charts related to raw material control and share the same with stakeholders
6. Implement projects to strengthen planning and controls for raw material tracking

Education

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Mathematics/Clothing Technology

Experience

2 - 3 years experience in PPC
Be a self-starter, proactive go-getter, performance-oriented team player with the ability to take ownership in delivering operational excellence.
Ability to use FASTREACT tool or prior exposure to an ERP environment (M-3) would be advantageous
