Key purpose of the Job

You will be responsible for the proper management of receipt, storage and issue of raw materials at the Plant Warehouse. Management of Warehouse Staff and Associates is also critical to the role. You will support the company’s future plans and help drive the Brandix values and culture across to all its employees. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proper management of receipt, storage and issue of raw materials as per the requirements.

2. Ensure a smooth and seamless flow of system transactions for received raw materials.

3. Lead and manage a team of Warehouse Staff and Associates.

4. Ensure effective management of the Warehouse functions of the plant.

5. Maintain all customer standards in the department and monitor and assess the progress of your subordinates while guiding them to achieve their goals.

Education

Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Statistics or a related field
A Diploma in Purchasing & Materials Management.

Experience

1 to 3+ years of relevant experience in the warehouse function
Conversant in MS Office and exposed to IT-based systems.
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and the desire to initiate new ideas at work.
Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
Aptitude to work independently and coordinate between multi-disciplinary internal teams along with excellent people management skills.
