Key purpose of the Job

As a Merchandiser – Bulk, you will report to the Manager of Merchandising. Your role involves driving the T&A for assigned orders (category/customer), ensuring the achievement of objectives such as OTD, quality, schedule attainment, and profitability. This requires close coordination with cross-functional internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively coordinate the timely execution of orders to meet predefined delivery targets.
  2. Manage your T&As, ensuring 100% coordination with customers.
  3. Record and distribute weekly updates, collaborating with the Planning team to meet committed delivery deadlines
  4. Maintain up-to-date status reports for all orders and ensure 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD).
  5. Understand and become an expert on related processes and systems.
  6. Serve as the single-point owner of a customer account, managing the entire process from development and order confirmation to delivery.

Education

Hold an academic/professional qualification in Marketing, Clothing Technology, or any other relevant stream

Experience

Possess 1-2 years of experience in merchandising within the industry
Demonstrate effective communication skills with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Have relevant knowledge of fabric, trims, and garments with various finishes
Exhibit effective time management, skill prioritization capabilities, and the ability to perform under pressure
Be proactive, assertive, forward-thinking, and take ownership in delivering operational excellence.
Act as a performance-oriented team player.
