Key purpose of the Job

The Plant Cutting Lead (includes RM Inspection & Warehouse departments) is responsible for managing the department in a factory to ensure the availability of cut panels of right quantity and quality for production as per the production plan. Process improvement, efficient material utilization, team management and attainment of functional KPIs are critical to the role holder. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and achievement of targets for the Cutting function, RM Inspection and Warehouse in line with the production target ​

  • Oversee the cutting, RM Inspection and Warehouse process/function in an efficient manner for achievement of On Time Delivery (OTD) ​

  • Implement improvement initiatives/projects including YY saving for the cutting process and ensure compliance​

  • Lead and Manage the Cutting team

Education

Bachelors’ Degree/Diploma in Clothing Technology.

Experience

6 to 9+ years of experience in cutting department
