Key purpose of the Job
As the Executive - Embellishments, you will be reporting to the Manager - Cutting in the plant. You will be responsible for overall special operation functions from development to pre-production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the complete embellishment process of the plant and ensure delivery in line with the expected KPIs.
- Directly collaborate with all embellishment plants, both external and internal, to ensure OTD, quality, and end customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all sub-contracted embellishment operations meet expectations.
- Work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions regarding graphics, their placement, colors, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate scheduling-level reconciliation and GRN processing
Education
Possess a degree or an academic/professional qualification in the relevant field
Experience
2-3+ years of experience in a similar capacity
Technical knowledge of embellishment techniques is required
Attention to detail, a structured and disciplined work approach, the ability to deliver results on time, and the ability to work under pressure are essential competencies
